XCORP LLC is a Miami-based property management company founded in 2020. We manage short-term Airbnb and VRBO rentals, long-term residential leases, and investor portfolios across Miami-Dade, Broward, and southern Palm Beach counties — the three markets we know firsthand.
How we operate
We started XCORP because the rental management options in South Florida were either national companies that didn't understand the local market, or one-person operations that couldn't scale with an owner's portfolio. We built XCORP to be both — a local team that knows the neighborhoods, the seasonality, and the regulatory differences between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton, with the systems to operate at scale.
Every owner gets the same things: transparent pricing, a real point of contact, monthly statements that reconcile cleanly, and the strategic flexibility to switch a property between short-term and long-term rental as the market shifts.
